The Teen Tech Training Programme is back at the Sir Howard Morrison Centre, suitable for Year 9-13 students.

We’re excited to reintroduce the successful, 2-day, entertainment technology training programme, designed to support and develop our performing arts community.

This programme is perfect for anyone interested in working behind the scenes of shows and events, covering roles such as sound, lighting, AV, stage mechanics, and stage management.

Are you:
• Passionate about event and theatre technology?
• Physically fit, good with numbers, and eager to learn both in the classroom and through hands-on experience?

Do you:
• Thrive in a team environment?
• Love problem-solving, working with lighting, sound, and AV equipment, and staying active while setting up for events?

Workshop Overview
• Back of house venue tour (Participants should be comfortable with climbing steps and being at heights)
• Sound – Introduction to equipment and mixing
• Lighting – Introduction to equipment and lighting design
