Rotorua Lakes Council runs a mobility parking scheme which provides specific parking spaces and other parking privileges for people with disabilities. Rotorua has at least 2 mobility parks per street in the Rotorua Central District (CBD). The only people who may use mobility parks are those who display current permits.
Displaying a current mobility pass allows mobility pass users to park in standard council car parks for up to twice as long as indicated, however these parks may not be suitable for all users.
There is a drive through drop off zone at the front of the Sir Howard Morrison Centre on Fenton Street. The main entrance is level with the footpath and there is ramped access.

The entrance to the circle is on the first floor, accessible by the stairs in the foyer, or the lift next to the bar. There are stairs to navigate to each row.
